I called Beretta because my Pico has FTF and FTE problems. Thomas Breen told me they knew about the problem by my serial number.

It cost me 70 dollars to send it back to them for what he called a voluntary upgrade? Other manufacturers will pay the cost of shipping when they knew they sent out an inferior product. I called back to see if they would help me out. He completely dismissed me and actually hung up on me mid sentence.

This guy is an ***!

Will never buy another Beretta as long as I live. I will also spread the word on them.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $470.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Couldn't agree more. I bought 2 of the Tomcat's, both frames cracked in less than 200 rounds.

I called customer support and talked with them, they said that cracked frames are very rare and recommended that I buy a new one. If you google Beretta cracked frame you will see many posts of the same thing.

I will never buy a Beretta product again either.
