My stock on a brand new $1000 shotgun makes a nasty creaking sound. I have tried to fix it by changing the included recoil pads but it will no go away. I believe the whole stock assembly needs to be replaced
Beretta tomcat cracked frame
new in 1997 first year out verry happy,, till the frame cracked after 22 rounds... called beretta and the stated i used the wrong ammo and it will not be under warranty,,to bad ,,i still have the gun and today i called beretta and their answer is the same,, now its a old gun and no warranty,, the new gun has a new frames and stronger slides so you can shoot any factory ammo..this is the second time they made adjustments to the gun ..at one time after all the problem started they put cards in the boxes saying only use ammo of less than 130 ft lbs so it wont crack,, i think BERETTA IS A RIP OFF loss of 595.00 waynestay

I requested an owners manual ( physical) from customer service, the lady I talked to was the best customer service person I have ever talked to! What I called about was resolved and she was a pleasure to talk to. She should be teaching classes on customer service.
User's recommendation: Buy Beretta, any problems you need resolved? Call, leave a call back option and hope the lady that called me back in 5 minutes calls you too!

Verified ReviewerBroken gun
I bought a Beretta Silver Pigeon. After two shots, the stock broke.
I sent it in, and they said they would fix it. They have had it for 2.5 months, and they can't tell me when I'll get it back. I thought I was buying a nice gun. Nope, I just paid a lot for a piece of junk that I can't even use.
I will never spend another dime with them. I will make sure everyone around me knows not to buy a Beretta.
- Customer service is crap
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Don’t buy a Beretta

Verified Reviewer | Madison, WisconsinWebsite showed a storage bag in both black and blue for sale. When I added to my cart it came up full price. Went to online chat, service rep was rude and would not help..
I asked if there was someone I could call. He gave me his number but still said he couldn't help!
I asked for his manager, but he said the manager would just agree. Save yourself some time and frustration and DO NOT shop online with them.
They advertise products falsely and just don't care. Sincerely, John Maasch.

Verified ReviewerQuestion Rebates
Is there an address where I can send my proofs of the sale? I have registered online for a rebate but I am not tech-savvy by choice. Thus, I cannot upload the sales receipt.
Preferred solution: An address where I can mail in my sales receipt for APX rebate. I do not do social media or conduct business on line or emails.
Quality
First off, don't buy Beretta's made in the USA. Buy Beretta's original magazines.
Buy high quality and factory ammo only ! Some companies won't warranty there guns if you use reman ammo.
My USA made Beretta had issues after issues of not working. I sold it at a gun show.
Modern day Beretta manufacturing is getting sloppy. So are other companies.
There are no more good answers. Times are changing. Old is better.
Like old wine.
Continue on with your failings. Don't buy Glock.
User's recommendation: Buy older made guns. Avoid Glock.

Verified ReviewerTerrible product, quality control, and customer service
I bought an A400. As soon as I got it home, I realized the modified choke was smashed into an oval shape.
I contacted Beretta for a new choke last fall but never got it. Less than 200 shots in, the stock broke off the gun in my hands while goose hunting. After three attempts and hours of waiting on the phone for customer service, I finally talked to a person. He told me the problem I had was so common they quit selling parts to the public to fix it so people wouldn’t damage their guns further.
So I printed a shipping label and mailed it to them to be fixed. Months later, I got my gun back with two big scuffs on the receiver, almost down to bare metal, that weren’t there before I sent it. It also came back missing the drop adjustment plate and something was rattling, like screws, in the butt stock. It's a terrible product with poor quality control and customer service.
After growing up shooting Beretta shotguns and loving them, I’m sorry to say I will never ever buy another. I’ll do my best to persuade everyone I know not to buy their stuff. It's absolutely a waste of nearly $2000.
If I was still eligible, I’d ask for my money back and return it. Thanks, Beretta.
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Don’t buy any newer beretta shotgun. You will most likely regret it
Terrible Cust Serv
Bought a brand-new Beretta 92FS, finally received it Nov.2023. Received a defective unit not able to slide.
Followed all of Beretta's Warranty protocols. Nov.2023 they signed receipt of gun. I then spend the next SIX (6) months, calling, emailing, chatting with them every couple of weeks. Same answer every time; "cannot be repaired, was milled out of specs.
Same model out of stock, waiting for parts". I am done being patient after six months. I force an escalation of my case asking for a full refund or a similar model replacement. I received an email offering the same model, but the Italian made version.
I accepted their replacement offer, which takes several weeks and additional calls to get them to ship it.
Okay, I now have the replacement gun, but no supporting documentation required to submit to the state.
Currently, the gun I received in Nov, the gun that the State has as registered in my name, has been in Beretta's possession seven months. I am still calling, chatting and emailing Beretta, pleading with them to send me the necessary documentation to properly register the replacement and remove my name from the one thy kept.
User's recommendation: avoid Beretta just incase you might require their customer support services

Verified Reviewer | Berkeley, VirginiaMy 15 round magazine is a allowed in Illinois
I have a APX A1Compact with 15round mag , one of my magazine was defective, I called customer service for a replacement 15 Rd mag and was told they couldn't ship me a 15rd magazine because I lived in Illinois, which isn't true we are allowed 15 round magazine for hand guns and 10 round magazines for rifles. I bought my gun January 5th 2024 after the ban went into affect.
So sent me 2 10 round Mag that didn't fit my gun. But I was to go on Beretta website I can order a 15 round magazine and ship it to my house.
But customer service says they can't send me a 15 round magazine. Why is that and I feel cheated out of my money because I'm getting what I paid for
Preferred solution: I will like for the company to send me my replacement 15 round magazine per warranty and update their warranty system to the correct information for Illinois
User's recommendation: Please be very careful with Beretta apx-a1 compact warranty service

I purchased a Beretta APX A1 FS. I oiled it and immediately took it to the range.
I loaded it and the very first round jammed. I had to manually eject it. I loaded it again and every single round jammed. I had to manually eject the rounds until finally, one round jammed in the weapon and could not be removed.
I had to call over a specialist who was there at the range. He re-oiled the weapon, thinking that was the problem, but it was not. He tested the weapon, and it jammed. He immediately told me to go back to the store where I purchased it, because there's a problem with the weapon.
This is very disappointing. My number is 516-567-****.
My name is Stephen Brody. I hope someone will reach out to me immediately.
User's recommendation: Do not purchase this weapon
